A condition of the warranty is to see a dentist every 6 months for a dental check-up and oral hygiene (scaling, polishing, sandblasting, fluoridation).

  • Composite resin fillings – 1 year, composite crowns, composite onlays, composite veneers – 1 year

The guarantee period for a composite resin filling near the tooth cervix is 6 months. If there are other missing teeth (no support zone), the guarantee is provided for the period of 6 months (when the gaps are filled in, the guarantee is extended to 1 years except for the fillings near the tooth cervix). For patients with bruxism the guarantee period is individually determined by the dentist.

  •  Fixed prosthodontics (crowns and bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and overlays)– 2 years

If there are other missing teeth (no support zone) the guarantee does not cover. For patients with bruxism the guarantee period is individually determined by the prosthetist. Crowns, bridges, veneers and dental implants are prosthetic restorations made by a human and the success of the treatment  depends on perfect oral hygiene and recommendations of the dentist.

  • Removable prosthetics with an acrylic base – 1 year
  • Skeletal prostheses – 1 year
  • Dental implants (screw) – 5 years, 10 years or lifetime guarantee, depending on guarantee given by the producer
  • Temporary prosthetic restorations (including relaxation rails) – no guarantee or warranty
  • Orthodontic treatment – no guarantee
  • Periodontal treatment – no guarantee
  • Prosthetic restoration made on implants placed in another dental office – no guarantee or warranty
  • Prosthetic restoration (crown and bridges) on the treated teeth in another dental office – no guarantee or warranty

The dental treatment guarantee terms are subject to reduction or invalidation

  • If oral hygiene is neglected.
  • If the dentist’ instructions are not followed.
  • If removable restoration elements such as dentures are not properly used and maintained in the proper hygiene indicated.
  • If the patient does not come for a routine check-up every six months in Implantis.
  • If the reduction of the gum tissue or the tooth bone occurs naturally.
  • If prosthetics restoration are damaged by accident, e.g. by dropping dentures.
  • If the patient’s illness has a negative impact on the dental condition (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis or chemotherapy).
